And individual with 20 years of service to the post of special assistant and 30 years of service to senior special assistant

After the successful completion of three years of service as a clerk, he or she whoever clears the written and interview of trainee officer will be placed into Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II) cadre, based on the performance of the candidate in thetwo years of probation service.
Directly to JMGS-I
A clerk can enjoy the position of Junior manager grade scale (JMGS-I) officer after 6 years of service under the fast-track promotion channel or 12 years of service under regular promotion channel. But remember, he or she has to get through the written examination and interview process of that particular position.
As far as career progression is concerned, there is no limit for Probationary and Clerk officers.
